I am originally from Kazakhstan and have lived in South Limburg since 2007.<\/p>

In my youth, I was a professional athlete \u2014 a period in which nutrition, discipline, and the functioning of the body played an important role. Later, during my studies in Human Biology, I experienced a severe burnout at the age of 23. This experience profoundly changed my view of health.<\/p>

I recovered from this on my own \u2014 and it was precisely this process that laid the foundation for my current work.<\/p>

In 1999, I moved to Wales (UK), where I guided people in behavioral change, strengthening their self-confidence, and improving their health through nutrition.<\/p>

I ended up in South Limburg, where I further deepened my knowledge with the Master in Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at Maastricht University, supplemented by training in, among others, orthomolecular medicine, psychosomatics, energy therapy, and positive psychology.<\/p>

I have had my own practice since 2012, and in recent years I have also been working online with both Dutch and international clients.<\/p>

    As a professional athlete, I had to pay a lot of attention to my nutrition, lifestyle, and mental health from a young age. So, no sweets, no unhealthy fats, sufficient sleep, and a positive mindset.<\/p>

    Nevertheless, I experienced burnout at a young age. Looking back now, I realize that I had already gone through traumatic experiences at that time. Moreover, I had long-term intestinal problems, insufficient peace and quiet at home, a sense of insecurity, and a lack of emotional support.<\/p>

    From the age of thirty, when I settled in Wales, I embarked on a profound quest to bring my body and life back into balance. Studies, books, and training have led me step by step to a different version of myself.<\/p>

    As a biologist by training, and through my education in nutrition, psychology, and naturopathy, I have learned that body and mind cannot be viewed separately, but must be treated as a single entity.<\/p>

    I am 55 years old now and feel fit, vital, and happy \u2014 sometimes even as if I were 31\u2026 haha.<\/p>
