Elena is Kazakhstani by origin, but has been living in South Limburg since 2007. In her native country, she was a professional athlete. From this period, nutrition and psychology began to play an increasingly important role in her life. At the age of 23, while studying Human Biology at university, she suffered a serious burnout, which she overcame herself. When she moved to Wales (GB) in 1999, she successfully guided people with behavioral changes, belief in one's own strength and nutrition.<\/p>\n

Love brought Elena to South Limburg, where she continued her studies (Nutrition & Metabolism, University of Maastricht) and also successfully completed the courses in orthomolecular medicine, energy therapy and positive psychology. She has had her own practice since 2012, first in the center of Valkenburg, South Limburg and now in Maastricht.  <\/p>\n

She has also started a telepractice to help international clients.<\/p>\n

    As a professional athlete, I had to watch my diet, lifestyle and mental health. So no sweets, no bad fats, enough sleep, positive thinking, etc.\u00a0<\/p>

    Yet at a young age I came into burnout. Looking back now I had been through traumatic experiences and had constant problems with my bowels, didn't have enough rest at home, didn't feel safe and lacked emotional support.\u00a0<\/p>

    From the age of 30, when I settled in Wales, I started my quest to bring my body back into balance. Studies, books and courses have brought me to the other ME.\u00a0<\/p>

    As a biologist by origin and through studies in nutrition, psychology and naturopathy, I have learned that the mind and body should be treated together and not as individual parts.<\/p>

    I am now 55 and feel fit, vital and happy. I feel 31\u2026haha<\/p>
