Orthomoleculaire voedingsadvies Valkenburg\" width=\"416\" height=\"235\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients per person:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>handful of dried seaweed (buy in an Asian store)<\/li><li>coconut oil<\/li><li>2 spring onions,<\/li><li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li><li>half a pack of oyster mushrooms (also possible without)<\/li><li>half a head of broccoli<\/li><li>dash of tamari *<\/li><li>Salt and pepper, ginger to taste<\/li><li>Sesame seed<\/li><li>lemon juice<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Preparation method:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rinse the seaweed under the tap.<\/li><li>Boil for 15 minutes in a little water with tamari.<\/li><li>Cook the broccoli al dente for 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Stir fry the chopped spring onion with the garlic in coconut oil for a few minutes.<\/li><li>Add the roughly chopped oyster mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and ginger.<\/li><li>Roughly chop the cooked seaweed and add it to the mushroom mixture. Add some of the cooking water if necessary.<\/li><li>Season with tamari, pepper, salt and some lemon juice at the end.<\/li><li>Spoon the broccoli on your plate and the mushroom mixture on or around it.<\/li><li>Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds over the broccoli.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>* Tamari is a natural soy sauce, without flavor enhancers and also available gluten-free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can simply put seaweed in a soup or salad or use dried powder in fish dishes.
