That means that treatment focuses on the connection between mind, body and soul.<\/p><p>It is based on the belief that the body has the ability to heal itself, and that one&#039;s physical, mental and emotional health are interrelated.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/natural-medicine-practice-elena.nl\/en\/holistisch-therapeut\/\">Holistic therapy<\/a> is an approach to health care that emphasizes the whole person rather than just treating the symptoms of an inner growth, in which we work with healing exercises, meditation, bodywork and awareness to get closer to yourself and release old
