Would you rather lose weight and\/or detox with the support of a group, or do you think the costs of individual counseling are too high? Then group coaching might be something for you.<\/div>\n

Natural Medicine Practice Elena offers a program \u201cTogether healthy slimming\u201d of 8 meetings and \u201cDetoxing. Together. Healthy\u201d of 6 meetings with a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 fellow students.<\/p>\n

Each meeting has a different theme such as holidays, mindful eating, honest about food, strength exercises, nutrition for detox, constipation, liver and intestine detoxification, hypoglycemia, intestinal flora, etc.<\/p>\n

Each meeting lasts an hour and a half, upon arrival there is a cup of coffee or tea. Then we discuss the theme of the week and discuss the assignments that were given last time. After that there is time for everything that comes to the table.
\nYou can ask your questions to an expert and find motivation among your fellow sufferers.<\/div>\n
