Denk aan\u00a0vermoeidheidssyndroom, darmklachten, depressie, chronische aandoeningen of bijnieruitputting.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Door disbalans in de darmen het eten wordt niet goed verteerd, overmatig gas productie, te weinig maagzuur of opgeblazen gevoel. Als gevolg de belangrijke stoffen zoals vitaminen, mineralen, spoorelementen worden niet optimal opgenomen en lage productie daarvoor bijv. vitaminen B (bron van energie) of serotonine (&#8220;gelukshormoon&#8221;). \u00a0Volgens Gezondheidsnet bevindt 90% van alle serotonine\u00a0in ons lichaam zich in de darmen.
