Mijn persoonlijke ervaring met mijn kind.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a47ffe7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a47ffe7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>&nbsp;Paniekaanvallen of hyperventilatie is een echte persoonlijk onderwerp voor mij. Toen mijn dochter 10 jaar was, kreeg ze haar eerste hyperventilatie aanval.<\/p>\n<p>We zaten in een restaurant en hadden net het eten besteld.&nbsp; Opeens zei onze dochter dat ze zich niet lekker voelde. &#8211; &#8220;ik voel mij duizelig, ik kan niet ademen, help mij!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We wisten niet wat er aan de hand was. Mijn man zat rustig op het eten te wachten. We hadden allemaal honger :(. Ik ging met mijn dochter een stukje lopen maar ze was al in paniek omdat ze niet kon ademen. Ze belde toen zelf naar de ambulance omdat ze niet meer wilde wachten.<\/p>\n<p>Gelukkig namen ze alle tijd en pratten rustig met haar en zeiden dat ze naar het ziekenhuis kon komen als ze wilde (ha-ha en dat in die tijd van Corona).<\/p>\n<p>Aangekomen bij het ziekenhuis, mochten we helaas of gelukkig niet naar binnen. Inmiddels&nbsp; voelde ze zich langzaam beter en ze kreeg alweer een kleurtje op haar gezicht (in het begin was ze helemaal bleek).<\/p>\n<p>We hebben verschillende therapien geprobeerd van reguliere als natuurlijke geneeswijzen. Gelukkig was er niks aan de hand van reguliere geneeskunde. Dus ik begon mijn reis met diverse natuurgeneeskundigen en natuurlijke therapien.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element kunnen ontstaan.<\/p><p>Paniekaanvallen zijn een vorm van angststoornis en kunnen optreden als reactie op verschillende triggers. \u00a0Paniekaanvallen worden uitgelokt door verschillende factoren, zoals:<\/p><ul><li>intense stress of angst<\/li><li>een traumatische ervaring<\/li><li>een medische aandoening<\/li><li>een verandering in medicatie<\/li><li>een verstoring van de natuurlijke hormoonbalans van het lichaam<\/li><li>vermoeidheid<\/li><li>lage zelfbeeld<\/li><li>onzekerheid<\/li><li>laag bloedsuiker<\/li><li>verkeerde voeding<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ff88cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ff88cb\" Allerbelangrijkst! Je gaat niet dood! Dit is een tijdelijke reactie van je lichaam. Over 10-30 min trekt alles weg. Maar dit kost je heel veel energie. Wat je moet onthouden. Probeer op tijd te eten! Op &#8217;n lege maag (door lage bloedsuikerspiegel) heb je een grote kans om een paniekaanval te krijgen. Bij de aanval zoek afleiding (advies van mijn dochter :). Doe iets met je handen of voeten, gebruik je lichaam, doe lichte oefeningen. Breng je aandacht aan iets anders. Van bloedonderzoeken tot darmflora, cortisol (stress hormoon), haaranalyse (voor zware metallen) en uiteindelijk neurotransmitters test. Neurotransmitters zijn stoffen die signalen doorgeven in de hersenen.<\/li><li>Alle eerste testen hebben niet veel gebracht behalve dat darmflora was verstord. Dankzij de laatste test van neurotransmitters kon ik zien dat een bepaalde stof, die glutamaat heet was over de top!<\/li><li>Wat is glutamaat? Een smaakversterker, een monosodium glutamaat, E621 &#8211; E625. Waar zit het: in chinese eten, toegevoegd aan chips, vlees, kaas, sauzen enz.<\/li><li>Raad wat mensen met ADHD hebben?
