Orthomoleculaire voedingsadvies Valkenburg\" width=\"416\" height=\"235\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten per persoon:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>handje gedroogde zeewier (in een Aziatische winkel kopen)<\/li><li>kokosolie<\/li><li>2 bosuitjes,<\/li><li>2 teentjes knoflook<\/li><li>half pak oesterzwammen (kan ook zonder)<\/li><li>halve stronk broccoli<\/li><li>scheut tamari*<\/li><li>Zout en peper,&nbsp;gember aan smaak<\/li><li>sesamzaad<\/li><li>citroensap<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Bereidingswijze:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Spoel het zeewier af onder de kraan.<\/li><li>Kook 15 minuten in beetje water met tamari.<\/li><li>Kook de broccoli in 10 minuten beetgaar.<\/li><li>Roerbak in kokosvet een paar minuten de gesneden bosui met de knoflook.<\/li><li>Voeg de grof gesneden oesterzwammen toe. Kruid met zout, peper en gember.<\/li><li>Snijd het gekookte zeewier in grove stukken en voeg het bij het paddenstoelenmengsel. Giet wat van het kookvocht erbij indien nodig.<\/li><li>Breng op smaak met tamari, peper, zout en op het eind wat citroensap.<\/li><li>Schep de broccoli op je bord en het paddenstoelenmengsel erop of eromheen.<\/li><li>Strooi wat geroosterd sesamzaad over de broccoli.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Tamari is een natuurlijke sojasaus, zonder smaakversterkers en ook glutenvrij te verkrijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt&nbsp;zeewier gewoon door een soep of salade te doen of gedroogde poeder in visgerechten.
