Problemen met slapen? Huiduitslag? Vermoeidheid? Problemen met op gewicht te blijven? <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles wat groen is bevat veel chlorofyl (de groene kleurstof in de bladeren), vooral de bladgroente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chlorofyl bindt afvalstoffen, zodat die kunnen worden afgevoerd uit ons lichaam. Het is een sterke energieleverancier, verbetert de zuurstofvoorziening en verbetert de zuur\/base-balans in ons lichaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ontslakken en ontgiften<\/strong> met groene smoothies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vegetarische\nvoeding gedurende een korte periode bevordert de ontgifting. Mijn dochter is dol op de smoothies. Ik kan nu bijna alles in de blender doen en ze zal alles opdrinken \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als u geen smoothie drinker bent begin met iets simple zoals een handvol groene bladeren met het banaantje en een glas water. Gooi alles in de blender en hij is klaar om te genieten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Groene bladgroente bij osteoporose<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wist u dat groene bladgroente (spinazie, boerenkool, snijbiet, andijvie, rucola)  bevatten hoge percentage van calcium en magnesium en vitamine K? Die hard nodig zijn voor de botten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Veel melk (produkten) gebruiken is minder gezond dan u dacht.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Een advies dat melk goed is voor de botten, is al enige tijd door de feiten achterhaald. We kunnen stellen dat het gebruik van grote hoeveelheden <strong>melkproducten<\/strong> en een hoge dosis calciumsuppletie, <strong>eerder osteoporose veroorzaakt dan voorkomt<\/strong>. Een aantaal studies dat bevestigen (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4212225\/\">1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30909722\">2<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smoothies voor gezonde darmflora<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In de smoothies kunt u alle soorten groente en fruit doen. Dit is fijne voeding voor uw darmflora. Gezonde bacterien houden van een vezelrijk dieet met bijvoorbeeld volkoren producten en groenten als spinazie, boerenkool, broccoli, wortels, witlof en asperges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let op: Begin met kleine porties. Als u darm problemen hebt laat eerst uw darmen behandelen of het <a href=\"https:\/\/natural-medicine-practice-elena.nl\/ontlasting-onderzoek\/\">ontlastingsonderzoek<\/a> laten uitvoeren.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Op Radio L1<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2013 was ik uitgenodigd naar de Radio L1 om over groene smoothies te vertellen. Bij een groene smoothie is de verhouding&nbsp;<strong>60% groente en 40% fruit<\/strong>. Ook daarin kunt u percentage groente geleidelijk aan verhogen.
