Zout en peper aan smaak toevoegen. Hij is klaar!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze salade gebruik ik als tussendoortje of als lunch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eigenschappen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gekookte <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">rode bieten<\/span> hebben een lage glycemische lading, goed voor de bloedsuiker problemen. De bieten bevatten stoffen die meehelpen om de bloeddruk te verlagenen de cholesterolwaardes te verbeteren. Bieten hebben een hoge anti-oxidantwaarde en helpen de lever in zijn ontgiftende taken.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Zuurkool<\/span> is licht verteerbaar en wordt daarom goed verdragen door de meeste maag- en darmpatienten. Zuurkool activeert de darmflora en bevordert de stoelgang.
