Deze communicatie verloopt via:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1282\">\n<li data-section-id=\"4aur8n\" data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1227\">de nervus vagus (belangrijk voor ontspanning en herstel)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18j5a08\" data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1261\">hormonen en neurotransmitters<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18m5pcw\" data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1282\">je immuunsysteem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1368\">Ongeveer 90% van de serotonine (je \u201cgelukshormoon\u201d) wordt in de darmen geproduceerd.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1444\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/1f449.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\" \/> Dit betekent dat een verstoorde darmflora direct invloed kan hebben op:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1510\">\n<li data-section-id=\"4bqmb1\" data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1463\">angstgevoelens<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"knskg5\" data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1488\">stemmingswisselingen<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"153ymty\" data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1510\">innerlijke onrust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1557\">Maar dit is slechts \u00e9\u00e9n deel van het verhaal<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1557\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"ij24qf\" data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1620\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/26a1.svg\" alt=\"\u26a1\" \/> De rol van het zenuwstelsel (waar het vaak misgaat)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1803\">Veel mensen focussen alleen op voeding of supplementen.<br data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1680\" \/>Maar als je zenuwstelsel continu in een staat van stress staat, kan je lichaam moeilijk herstellen \u2014 ook niet in je darmen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1805\" data-end=\"1870\">Bij langdurige stress of trauma kan je lichaam blijven hangen in:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1953\">\n<li data-section-id=\"15kxvbk\" data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1897\">vecht- of vluchtmodus<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1e5r0li\" data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1921\">chronische spanning<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wmtiyc\" data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1953\">een gevoel van onveiligheid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2000\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/1f449.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\" \/> Dit heeft directe gevolgen voor je darmen:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2090\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1heome8\" data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2031\">verminderde spijsvertering<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1g2zbs\" data-start=\"2032\" data-end=\"2056\">veranderde darmflora<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lu5iqe\" data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2090\">verhoogde ontstekingsreacties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2203\">Met andere woorden:<br data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2114\" \/><strong data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2203\">een ontregeld zenuwstelsel cre\u00ebert een omgeving waarin de darmflora hoofd wordt gezien, is dat je lichaam ervaringen opslaat \u2014 niet alleen in je hoofd, maar ook fysiek.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2413\">De darmen zijn hier bijzonder gevoelig voor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2439\">Veel cli\u00ebnten herkennen:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2542\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gvcuao\" data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2464\">een knoop in de buik<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qn9e5y\" data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2490\">spanning rond de maag<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lraayz\" data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2542\">plotselinge darmklachten bij stress of triggers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2641\">Dit zijn geen \u201ctoevallige\u201d klachten.<br data-start=\"2580\" data-end=\"2583\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/svg\/1f449.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\" \/>\u00a0Dit is het lichaam dat reageert op innerlijke spanning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2696\">Wanneer deze spanning langdurig aanwezig is, kan dit:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2697\" samenstelling van bacteri\u00ebn veranderen<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16hc1d8\" data-start=\"2771\" data-end=\"2819\">het herstelvermogen van het lichaam verlagen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2
