Het is \u00e9\u00e9n van de zeer lage calorie groenten. 100 g fruit biedt slechts 26 calorie\u00eb; het is echter rijk aan voedingsvezels, antioxidanten, mineralen, vitaminen. De groente is \u00e9\u00e9n van de voedingsmiddelen die aanbevolen zijn door di\u00ebtisten in cholesterol controle en gewichtsafname programma.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pompoenen zijn een antioxidant en een anti-inflammatoire voeding!<\/p>\n<p>3. Ze bevatten B\u00e8ta-caroteen (pro-vitamine A) \u00a0die wordt in het lichaam omgezet in vitamine A. Het zorgt, net als vitamine A, voor een goede weerstand en is belangrijk voor het gezichtsvermogen en voor de groei.\u00a0Het is ook een essenti\u00eble vitamine voor goede visuele\u00a0zicht. De pulp en de zaden zijn rijk aan magnesium nodig voor bot en tand gezondheid.<\/p>\n<p>6.
