“Emotions in our Body – Understanding, Feeling and Letting Go”

During this evening we will discover together:
🌿 How emotions affect our bodies
🌿 How We Can Recognize Unprocessed Emotions Through Our Subconscious
🌿 How emotions can get stuck and how this manifests itself in our health

• We also do some practical exercises to make more contact with our body and inner emotional world. There is also room for asking questions and sharing experiences in a safe and warm atmosphere.                                                                                                
• This evening is intended to give you more insight and peace, so that you can better understand and guide your emotions.
