How to meditate before going to sleep?

  2. Focus on your breathing – Breathe in deeply through your nose and out slowly through your mouth. Feel your body relax.
  3. Let thoughts come and go – Instead of suppressing your thoughts, observe them without judgment and let them fade away on their own.
  4. Use a mantra or visualization – Repeat a calming phrase such as “I am relaxed and safe” or imagine you are in a peaceful environment, such as a quiet beach or a forest.
  5. Stay in this state for 5-10 minutes – Feel your body becoming heavier and your mind becoming calmer.
