🤍 Togetherness
During the retreat, we share daily life together. Cooking, setting the table, and cleaning up are done together in a relaxed and supportive way — not as a task, but as part of the experience of connection and presence.
Food & Drinks
During the retreat we enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals. To support rest, clarity, and a calm nervous system, we won't be serving coffee or alcohol.
If you regularly use coffee or alcohol, we gently recommend starting to reduce your intake a little before the retreat. This will help your body adjust more easily and allow you to feel more comfortable and supported during the weekend.
Everything is offered with care, simplicity, and kindness toward your body 🌿
Capacity
The retreat is intentionally kept small, with space for up to 12 people, allowing for a calm and supportive atmosphere
Accommodation
Participants will stay in a shared room, creating a warm and connected atmosphere. Blankets and pillows are provided; please bring your own bed linen (sheets and pillowcases)
How to get there
🚗 By Car (easiest & most flexible)
Rahier is a small village in the municipality of Stoumont, in the beautiful Ardennes region of Belgium. It's easiest to reach by car — especially if you're coming from the Netherlands or other countries. You can drive straight to the retreat location through scenic roads and park nearby. Rahier is most directly reached via the A26/E25 motorway (Liège–Bastogne) and then local roads.
🚆 By Train & Shuttle
If you prefer not to drive, the nearest major train station where we can meet you is:
🇧🇪 Trois-Ponts Station (Trois-Ponts Station) – this is the closest Belgian train station with regular services from larger cities like Liège (Liège-Guillemins). Trains between Liège-Guillemins and Trois-Ponts run frequently and take about 50–60 minutes.
Typical train route:
From major cities (like Liège or Brussels) to Liège-Guillemins
Transfer to a regional train to Trois-Ponts Station
From there, we can meet you and bring you to the retreat house in Rahier
This is a comfortable and pleasant option if you prefer rail travel.
✨ Early-bird prices:
Until December 2: €330
From December 3: €360
From January 2026: €390
It will take place in the beautiful Rahier, Ardennes in Belgium, surrounded by nature and peace.
With love
