I would like to invite you to the online conversation “Emotions Talk”.

During this conversation we will talk together about emotions.
You will be given the space to share your feelings or problems and to ask questions.
We are also going to learn to recognize and feel emotions, because it is important that emotions are incorporated and not be in the body held.
Everything happens in a safe, open and non-judgmental atmosphere — because everyone goes through something in life.
We also do a excercise to help your body process emotions better. Then we conclude with a meditation to share our “home”, the Earth, to heal. 🌍
