Using low-carbohydrate diet (Keto Diet) optimizes your insulin, cortisol and other hormone levels so that you experience fewer symptoms such as fatigue with low blood sugar.
Keep moving
Movement and muscle exercises stimulate growth hormone production and therefore rapid fat burning and more energy. Together we will do fun exercises to activate fat burning and get fitter!
Stress
Stressvitamin and mineral deficiencies, inflammation in the body, and disrupted intestinal flora all contribute to obesity. We will do exercises together to reduce stress.
Working together
A number of studies show that losing weight with a group is most effective. This program is suitable for anyone who wants to have extra energy and get fitter. You follow a program of 6 meetings with a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 fellow students. Each meeting lasts 90-120 min.
Investment
For each meeting you pay 50 euros for the guidance that is reimbursed by most health insurers.
