Or do we often go over it…
until the body starts speaking louder?

- a feeling of restlessness or pressure in your body
We often try to solve these complaints only physically…
But that is not always sufficient.

The treatment of psychosomatic complaints focuses on restoring the balance between body and mind, often through a combination of psychological counseling and body-oriented therapy.
👉 Because many complaints do not originate solely in the body
but also from our heads — through thoughts, tension, and emotions
If we do not include this connection,
symptoms often keep recurring.
When we work with emotions, people often experience more energy.
Not because new energy is created, but because tension and blockages in the body decrease, allowing the body to function more freely again.

From my work, I see how many people walk around with this.
and how little real attention is paid to the deeper cause.
That is why I want to organize this workshop —
to help you understand what your body is trying to tell you
and how you can influence this yourself.

During this online workshop:
- you gain insight into the relationship between the body, emotions, and tension
- you learn to recognize where your symptoms might come from
- we are doing a together relaxation exercise to relax your head and body

and when things calm down there, the body follows naturally
