Why is the elimination diet?
I would like to invite you to follow a 3 week elimination diet with me.
Why is the elimination diet? In my practice, I often see the results of blood tests showing that 70% of people studied have intolerance to one or more foods.
I myself suffer from joints and although I have tried everything to find out what causes it, I have not found anything so far. Since I suspect that intolerance to a number of foods may be the cause of this, I now want to start avoiding some products from my diet for the next 3 weeks.
I thought it would be better to do this together. Hence, this message is 🙂
