Trauma processing and anxiety disorder treatment techniques

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is one of the most widely used therapies for treating trauma and anxiety.

2. Exposure Therapy: Exposure therapy is a form of therapy in which individuals are gradually exposed to situations or memories related to their trauma in a safe and controlled environment. This can help individuals learn to deal with their anxiety and distress in a more productive way.

3. Body-oriented psychotherapy. This approach is based on the idea that physical and psychological problems are intertwined, and that healing can take place through the physical and energetic systems of the body. This type of therapy is often used to treat physical and emotional trauma, addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

4. Meditation can be an effective form of trauma therapy and anxiety relief. Meditation helps to create a sense of relaxation and awareness, allowing people to focus on the present moment and become aware of their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. This can help them move away from their traumatic memories and process their emotions in a safe space.

In my practice I use a combination of all these techniques.

As a holistic therapist, I work with you to identify a cause of your suffering and set you free.

Conversations via video calling are of course possible.

What I found special about Elena was that she can easily combine scientific insights with alternative medicine and spiritual ways. I actually came in with an inflammation in my hip. To my surprise I was told that I had problems with my intestines, intestinal flora, etc. I was skeptical but wanted to find out everything. However, the examination showed that I had a wrong intestinal flora, inflammation, leaky gut and other things. Now, a few months later, I have more energy, less pain, have also lost weight (a good side effect). I would say listen to your intuition! I'm really happy with it 🙂

Dear Elena, thank you for your quick help. In addition to fatigue and abdominal pain, I had many vague complaints. You cannot go to your doctor with these kinds of complaints. You get medicine right away without them listening to you. I immediately felt better after the first treatment! See you next month again 🙂 Love. Julie
