Finding yourself again | How do you do that?
Finding yourself again after a difficult period in life is a process that can take some time.
It is not something you can do overnight, but rather something that requires patience, dedication and resilience.
What I always say “Everything happens for a reason”! Thank you for every situation and every person who said or did something bad to you. It's your lesson!
Why is what the Universe is trying to tell you happening to you?
However, there are some steps you can take to help you get started, and here are a few of them.

My experience of finding myself again
Finding Yourself Therapy – My Path to Healing
My divorce two years ago was a huge shock. Like many others, it was accompanied by intense stress, pain, and grief. But it was also a wake-up call—the final push the Universe gave me to truly wake up.
My journey began a few years earlier, when my daughter developed mental health issues. That's when I started looking for deeper causes instead of just treating the symptoms. Not long after, I left my relationship, moved to a new house, and moved my daughter to a new school… it was intense, confusing, and all-encompassing.
But now, almost three years later, I feel like myself again. In fact, I've truly rediscovered myself.
I have a new home, new passions, new friendships… and I feel happier and freer than I have in 20 years.
What helped me?
I started reading books and taking courses in spirituality and psychology. Step by step, I began to understand exactly why everything happened the way it did. I understood that the pain was necessary to truly get to know myself, to grow, and to fully accept myself.
Could I have learned that in my old relationship?
No. Absolutely not. There was no room for who I truly am.
What did I learn? A tremendous amount.
I've woken up. I now know who I am, why I'm here, and what my mission is on this earth.
Why didn't this happen sooner? Because I wasn't ready for it yet.
Everything happens for a reason. And I'm grateful for that—despite everything. 💫
