Finding yourself again | How do you do that?

Finding yourself again after a difficult period in life is a process that can take some time.

It is not something you can do overnight, but rather something that requires patience, dedication and resilience.

What I always say “Everything happens for a reason”! Thank you for every situation and every person who said or did something bad to you. It's your lesson!

Why is what the Universe is trying to tell you happening to you?

However, there are some steps you can take to help you get started, and here are a few of them.

My experience of finding myself again

My divorce last year was a shock, enormous stress, pain, sadness as for everyone, I think!

It was a real wake up call for me! It was the final blow that the Universe tried to wake me up.

A few years ago our daughter had psychological problems where I started to look deeper into the cause and not just the symptoms. Then running away from my ex, a new house, a new school for my daughter... pffff, it was intense.

Now 10 months later, I have completely found myself again. New house, new hobbies, new friends, completely happy again. Even happier and happier than 20 years ago.

I have found myself again!!!!

What have I done?

read spiritual books, spiritual and psychological training. Now I understand why it happened to me, why I had to understand, learn and accept myself through pain.

Could I learn that in my old relationship!?

Of course not! 

What did I learn? A lot of!! 

I have completely woken up 🙂 Now I know who am I and what I am doing here on Earth.

Why doesn't it happen sooner? I wasn't ready for it yet.

Everything happens for a reason!!! 🙂 Luckily. xxx

Divorce is never easy, but it can be an opportunity to discover who you are and find new purpose and fulfillment. Take your time and be kind to yourself as you explore and find yourself after divorce.
